About the Role As a Remote Recruitment Consultant / PA , you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, developing new business opportunities, and supporting our growing client base in the Food & Beverage industry in around London, UK. Key Responsibilities 180 Recruitment: Source, interview, and place candidates in Food & Beverage and Hospitality businesses. Client & Account Management: Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish. Strategic Growth: Contribute ideas to drive business expansion. Administrative Support: Manage documentation, update the CRM, and coordinate recruitment activities. Deputise for the Business Owner when needed, ensuring smooth operations. Who We're Looking For Experience in Recruitment (preferably international) OR experience as a Hiring Manager in F&B or Hospitality. Fluent English (written & spoken). Highly reliable, self-motivated, and proactive with a can-do attitude. Own laptop & stable internet connection (essential for remote work).
