The Role

We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant with a background in recruiting across construction, built environment, energy, infrastructure, or engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strong client relationships, and sourcing high-calibre candidates for mid- to senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from market mapping, candidate sourcing, and screening to offer management and placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities.
• Source and engage candidates through targeted headhunting, referrals, and networking within the energy, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.
• Prepare and present qualified candidate shortlists to clients with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and market intelligence to support business development and delivery.
• Monitor and report on your own performance to ensure alignment with personal and team objectives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in energy, infrastructure, or engineering (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record of delivering on recruitment assignments and meeting targets.
• Strong critical thinking, communication and relationship-building skills.

• Commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
