Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 4+ months with possible extensions

Pay rate: $30.00-33.00/hr on w2

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• The Talent Sourcer will conduct initial candidate assessments and phone screens, evaluate qualifications against established hiring criteria, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top talent efficiently.
• The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing expertise with exceptional organizational, analytical, and operational skills, enabling them to manage large applicant volumes, develop scalable screening processes, and drive data-informed recruiting outcomes.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, this individual will play a critical role in evaluation of potential applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
• Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs
• Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage diverse talent pools, ensuring a broad representation of candidates across various backgrounds and experiences
• Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
• Develop and report on a sourcing strategy with deliverables and timelines, grounded in market research

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Sourcing, preferably on the high volume operations side
• Demonstrated recruiting/sourcing experience for a high-performing agency, tech, or automotive industry
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding expectations and goals
• Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity
• Experience with multiple sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, Greenhouse, etc)
