Recruitment Coordinator

Location: UAE / Remote

Reports to: Regional HR Business Partner

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our global Data Center Physical Security programme across 30+ countries.

You will work closely with Recruiters and HR Business Partners, supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding, reporting, administration and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and recruitment administration.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, records and documentation.
• Prepare recruitment meeting packs and support recruitment processes.
• Follow up on offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
• Support new starter administration, including HR systems, access and equipment.
• Maintain employee trackers and key HR dates.
• Provide recruitment reporting and data to HR Business Partners.
• Support process improvement and recruitment projects.
• Build strong relationships with Recruiters, HR teams, hiring managers and local branches.

What We're Looking For

• UAE National (Emirati).
• 3+ years' administrative experience.
• Previous recruitment or HR coordination experience.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, professional and collaborative approach.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with HR systems or recruitment platforms is advantageous.
