Recruitment Intern

Location: remote (company based in Lisbon, founder is Ukrainian)

Schedule and duration: 1.5 months part-time.

Start: As soon as possible

Compensation: we provide a lunch allowance of 250 eur/month + bonus for hitting milestones + opportunity to be hired by a company after the internship.

Experience: Suitable for a recent graduate, Master student, or someone at the beginning of their career

ABOUT THE ROLE

Candid is looking for a Recruitment Intern to help run the hiring process.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Review new applications and contact candidates by phone to arrange next steps.
• Write, refresh and repost job ads regularly.
• Flag strong candidates and notify relevant companies quickly.
• Build relationships with companies and proactively learn about their hiring needs.
• Help improve the process.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You may be a recent graduate, current student or someone looking for their first serious professional role.

You should be:

• Comfortable calling and speaking with new people on the phone.
• Clear, warm and professional in communication in English.
• Have a good work ethics - not "I'll do it when i have an hour free" - but "I have a task and i need to do it right now, whatever it takes"
• Previous sales/partnership/event management experience in student organisation or outside of it is a plus.

Previous recruitment experience in not required.
