Responsibilities: Gather and organize hiring needs based on business and workforce planning. Track and expand recruitment channels while optimizing the hiring process. Develop and execute talent search strategies, screening and evaluating candidate suitability. Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up on recruitment results and process feedback. Collect talent market insights, including competitor talent information and targeted talent sourcing. Requirements: Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred. Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months, with a preference for 6 months or more. English proficiency for work; overseas recruitment experience preferred. Familiarity with international labor laws is a plus. Strong sense of professional ethics and teamwork.
