Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Recruitment Manager to manage the recruitment and enrollment of professionals into a membership-based service.

This position combines recruitment, business development, relationship management, and sales. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with professionals, comfortable with outbound calls, highly organized, and able to manage leads throughout the full recruitment and enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify prospective members.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through enrollment.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective members.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Collect and review required documentation.
• Manage leads and pipelines using CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, account management, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting outbound calls.
• Experience managing leads through CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and customer-service focused.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
