More than 34 years later, we’re proud to be a certified B Corp with hundreds of trips in over 100 countries. The world needs more Intrepid people: & you could be the one to find them! As a Recruitment Partner for Intrepid, you'll manage our talent acquisition across a diverse range of countries, roles and career levels. In the world of travel (and Intrepid) no two days are ever the same. One moment, you'll be sourcing talented cooks in East Africa and passionate Tour Leaders across North America; the next, you'll be seeking out exceptional sales consultants in London, or helping us find our next General Manager somewhere else in the world! What you need to know: You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and sourcing through to phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, offer management + more. As you'll be partnering with hiring managers across multiple regions flexibility in your working hours will be needed to support initial training, meetings and recruitment across different time zones. This full-time, 12-month parental leave cover position follows a hybrid working pattern, with a three day commitment in office after your initial training period. The role is primarily based in our London office, with a salary of £40,000-£42,000 GBP depending on your level of experience. We're also open to candidates based in Toronto who can flex their working hours to support EMEA time zones, with a salary of CAD $68,000-$72,000 depending on your level of experience. Some of the experience you'll bring with you should include: 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, with excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build great relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. A solution-focused mindset, strong initiative and the confidence to work independently. As you may be the only recruiter in your location, you'll be comfortable taking ownership while staying connected to our global team.
