Recruitment Partner

About the Role: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, role requirements, and recruitment priorities. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to candidate onboarding. Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and talent networks. Screen and assess candidate profiles to evaluate technical competencies, experience, and organizational fit. Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical and business interviews with relevant stakeholders. Ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Maintain regular engagement with candidates to provide exceptional recruitment experience. Drive offer management activities including salary benchmarking, compensation discussions, offer generation, negotiations, and offer rollouts. Follow up with selected candidates after offer acceptance and maintain engagement until their date of joining to minimize dropouts. Coordinate with HR Operations and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Ensure adherence to company HR policies, recruitment governance, and local employment regulations. Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, hiring pipeline, and recruitment SLAs. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility in the talent market. Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions for campus hiring programs. Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, networking forums, and recruitment drives. Participate in recruitment process improvement initiatives and leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools to enhance hiring efficiency. Travel across Sri Lanka, as required, to support campus engagement activities, hiring events, and business recruitment initiatives. About You: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Professional certification in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruitment Management is an added advantage. Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management is preferred. 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Proven experience handling technology hiring across various IT skill domains such as Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, ERP, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Digital Technologies. Experience in managing the entire recruitment process from requirement gathering through offer management and candidate onboarding. Exposure to campus recruitment, university engagement programs, and graduate hiring initiatives will be an added advantage. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment analytics tools. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and employment practices. Expertise in sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of AI-powered recruitment and productivity tools. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and delivery timelines. High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
