About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Resourcer / Technical Recruiter to support the recruitment of engineering professionals for major construction and infrastructure projects across Ireland and Europe.

This is a delivery-focused sourcing role requiring extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage high-quality engineering talent. You will work remotely as part of an international recruitment team, sourcing candidates across multiple engineering disciplines.

An engineering background is highly desirable, while qualifications in Psychology or HR are not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-quality engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Recruit professionals for construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy and data centre projects across Ireland and Europe.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical engineering positions.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews in English and Spanish.
• Prepare candidate summaries and interview notes.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment systems.
• Develop proactive search strategies for niche engineering disciplines.
• Build long-term relationships with engineering professionals.
• Support recruitment campaigns for international projects.
• Work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technical Recruiter or Engineering Resourcer.
• Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting engineers for Ireland and/or Europe.
• Proven experience recruiting some or all of the following disciplines:
• Civil Engineers
• Electrical Engineers
• Mechanical Engineers
• Geomatic Engineers
• Topographic Surveyors / Engineers
• Geotechnical Engineers
• Cost Engineers / Quantity Surveyors
• Experience recruiting for construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy or data centre projects.
• Strong Boolean search and talent mapping skills.
• Experience working remotely.

Preferred Background

• Engineering qualification or previous engineering industry experience preferred.
• Previous agency recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting internationally.
