Candidate Resourcer & PA to Founder – Global Recruitment Business

Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + bonus

An exciting opportunity to join a growing global recruitment business with a collaborative, high-performing, and fast-paced culture.

This is a varied role with a strong focus on candidate resourcing, alongside PA support to the Founder, with additional exposure to marketing and events. It would suit someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in recruitment and talent.

The position is fully remote; however, you will need to be available to meet in person in London at least fortnightly, as well as attend monthly events.

The Role

You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing high-calibre candidates while also acting as a trusted support to the Founder.

Responsibilities include:

• Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screening, engaging, and building relationships with high-calibre candidates
• Managing candidate pipelines and supporting live search processes
• PA support to the Founder, including diary management and personal support
• Supporting marketing activity and assisting with the organisation and delivery of events and roundtables
• Using AI and marketing tools to support sourcing, outreach, and brand visibility

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent-focused roles
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and marketing tools
• Bright, personable, and a natural self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
• Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly
• Polished, articulate, and highly organised
• Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware
