Do you thrive on the phones and love the chase of finding the right person for the right role? We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a specialist agency desk covering construction, industrial, and trades & labour recruitment across the US and Australian markets. You'll own the sourcing and screening engine behind a fast-moving desk, keeping a strong pipeline of vetted, compliant candidates ready for placement.
This is a high-volume, conversation-heavy role. You'll be expected to make 20–40 candidate calls a day, mixing warm follow-ups with applicants and proactive headhunting, so if you're confident on the phone and energized by a full pipeline, this desk is built for you.
