Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our growing talent acquisition team on a contractual, target-based engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and managing candidate pipelines across multiple job platforms and recruitment channels. You will work closely with internal teams to support hiring goals by ensuring quality candidate flow, timely application management, and consistent sourcing performance against assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Source candidates through various online platforms, job boards, and databases

● Manage and maintain candidate applications accurately

● Monitor daily sourcing activity and meet assigned targets

● Screen profiles based on client or campaign requirements

● Coordinate with internal teams for process updates and workflow efficiency

● Track sourcing performance and maintain organized records

● Support ongoing recruitment campaigns across different regions and industries.

Requirements

● Strong understanding of online recruitment and candidate sourcing

● Good communication and organizational skills

● Ability to work with targets and deadlines in a contractual, performance-driven setup

● Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and online tools

● Attention to detail and process accuracy

● Previous recruitment or sourcing experience is a plus.
