About the Company

A global logistics leader is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to drive hiring at scale. You will help one of the world's largest movement networks staff its India operations from the ground up. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage high-volume hiring across operations and support functions, keeping pipelines full and time-to-fill short without dropping candidate quality.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Execution

• Run end-to-end recruitment across multiple open roles at once
• Source through job boards, referrals, and outbound channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements

Coordination & Tracking

• Schedule interviews and keep candidates engaged through the process
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in the ATS
• Work with hiring managers to keep priorities and offers on track

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in recruitment, staffing, or high-volume hiring
• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle many roles at once
• Comfort with an ATS and candidate tracking
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with volume or operations hiring
• Exposure to a GCC, logistics, or large multinational environment
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and job-board platforms
