A Big-4-style professional-services firm building its India centre has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Recruitment Specialist to run lateral hiring for its audit and assurance practice.

Why this seat exists

The India centre is scaling its audit and assurance bench by roughly sixty people this year, most of them lateral hires with two to six years of prior audit experience. The practice leads know exactly what they need on paper but have no one dedicated to running that pipeline day to day, which is where this Recruitment Specialist comes in.

What the role covers

• Owning requisition intake and job-description alignment with audit and assurance practice leads
• Sourcing lateral candidates through job boards, referrals and passive outreach to qualified professionals
• Screening for technical fit, notice period and compensation alignment before scheduling partner interviews
• Maintaining a clean, current pipeline in the applicant tracking system that practice leads can review without asking you for status

The pace of the work

Expect ten to fifteen live requisitions at any point, concentrated around two annual lateral-hiring pushes and a steadier trickle the rest of the year. You will coordinate interview panels across partners who travel often, which means scheduling discipline matters as much as sourcing skill.

What we are looking for

Two to five years of recruiting experience, ideally with some exposure to professional-services, audit or accounting hiring, and demonstrated comfort managing double-digit requisition loads without losing pipeline hygiene. You should be able to read a technical audit job description and know within a few questions whether a candidate genuinely fits it.

Where you will sit

Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai or Remote (India), with occasional in-person days during peak lateral-hiring windows.
