Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role is a full-time remote position responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the company’s key sectors. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting virtual interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with international clients and partners. The role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant guidelines, and using technology platforms for smart candidate matching and video-based assessments. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand role requirements, provide timely updates, and support a positive candidate experience. This position also contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and maintains up-to-date knowledge of market trends in overseas hiring.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including end-to-end talent acquisition and candidate pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, with experience conducting structured virtual and in-person interviews.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with international stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills, with the ability to guide candidates through processes and expectations.
• Experience in overseas recruitment or working with international clients is beneficial.
• Proficiency with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and video interviewing tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
