REQUIREMENTS

1. Demonstrated short-form editing skill with a portfolio of approved, published Instagram/TikTok reels showing strong engagement and aesthetic quality (range and coachability weigh more than exact years)
2. Strong English (required) — the key language for communication and storytelling; we edit increasingly vlog-style content where English fluency directly shapes the edit. Spanish is a plus, not required.
3. Expert-level proficiency in CapCut — experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro highly valued; must work on macOS (demonstrates commitment to professional-grade workflow and quality standards)
4. Can identify viral moments and execute polished, well-paced edits with strong hooks, clean captions, and purposeful text
5. Demonstrates creative ownership and aesthetic vision, plus openness to feedback and direction
