Your contribution to something big: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, documenting developmental tests in accordance with standards and internal requirements. Design, document, and support the implementation of functional test procedures optimized for mass production. Draft and maintain technical product documentation. Collaborate actively in cross-functional design reviews and FMEA sessions Drive quality improvements and optimizations across our existing heat pump product range and lead cost-reduction initiatives for appliance platforms. Create innovative functionalities by leveraging advanced refrigeration and hydraulic components. What distinguishes you: Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline (or equivalent practical/professional experience). Experience: Proven hands-on experience in setting up, conducting, and evaluating complex developmental tests. Know how: Deep expertise in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and refrigeration principles; solid knowledge of specification, calculation, design, and testing of refrigeration and hydraulic components/systems; familiarity with European safety and performance standards for refrigerating systems and heat pumps is highly preferred. Experience with MATLAB is a plus. Languages: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
