Description Qualifications and Experience : Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical or diagnostics industry. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating leads and converting them into accounts. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand and communicate product features and benefits. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and potential market shifts. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts as required. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in the market landscape, adapting sales strategies accordingly. Additional duties as assigned.
