Main Responsibilities Retailer Aftersales Performance & Support Support retailer aftersales operations and service performance activities across the Ireland network. Build strong working relationships with retailer service managers, aftersales teams and operational stakeholders. Conduct regular retailer visits to support operational performance, service standards and customer satisfaction objectives. Support implementation of aftersales policies, operational standards and retailer process requirements. Assist retailers with operational issue resolution, escalation management and aftersales best practice guidance. Support retailer readiness relating to new product launches, service campaigns and operational initiatives. Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality Support initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction and aftersales customer experience performance. Monitor retailer customer satisfaction performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Support implementation of customer care programmes, service initiatives and retailer engagement activities. Assist with management of customer escalations and retailer support activities where required. Work collaboratively with retailer teams to support high levels of service quality, customer retention and operational responsiveness. Support retailers in developing effective corrective actions and customer recovery plans where necessary. Operational Analysis & Continuous Improvement Monitor retailer operational KPIs, aftersales performance metrics and service effectiveness across the network. Support operational audits, retailer reviews and performance improvement activities. Analyse recurring operational concerns, customer dissatisfaction trends and retailer performance issues to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Support implementation and follow-up of corrective actions, retailer action plans and operational improvement measures. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and retailer service capability. Support implementation of scalable aftersales operational processes suitable for long-term business growth. Technical & Cross-Functional Coordination Work collaboratively with Warranty, Technical, Parts and Operations teams to support retailer operational performance. Coordinate with the Aftersales Manager (Warranty & Technical) to support technical escalation management and retailer support activities. Support communication and operational alignment between retailers and internal aftersales functions. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to support wider business objectives. Assist with implementation of operational improvements and retailer support initiatives where required. Retailer Development & Network Support Support retailer onboarding and aftersales readiness activities during network development and launch phases. Assist with retailer aftersales capability development and operational training coordination. Support implementation of retailer aftersales standards, tooling and process requirements where applicable. Maintain awareness of competitor aftersales performance and market developments within the Irish automotive sector. Support development of strong retailer engagement and long-term operational partnerships across the network. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience within automotive aftersales, service operations or retailer support environments. Strong understanding of automotive retailer aftersales operations, customer service processes and operational performance management. Experience working within automotive OEM, distributor or dealer group environments advantageous. Experience supporting retailer operational development, service quality or customer satisfaction initiatives beneficial. Strong understanding of aftersales KPIs, customer satisfaction measurement and operational reporting activities. Experience supporting operational issue resolution, retailer escalation management and corrective action activities advantageous. Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify operational trends, root causes and improvement opportunities. Full driving licence required.
