Regional Category Manager LATAM Procurement - Facilities & Real Estate

Where You'll Make a Difference Lead facilities and real estate procurement activities across Latin America, supporting both manufacturing sites and corporate offices. Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for facilities management, real estate services categories. Design and manage full-service facilities operating models that enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness. Drive supplier negotiations to achieve optimal commercial outcomes while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Conduct detailed cost and value analyses to identify savings opportunities and improve supplier productivity. Manage supplier selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing vendor performance across the region. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, labor regulations, and applicable legal requirements throughout Latin America. Lead strategic sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives and regional priorities. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Significant experience in facilities, real estate or indirect procurement within a multinational organization. Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Strong project management and change management capabilities with proven delivery of complex initiatives. Knowledge of labor regulations, procurement compliance requirements, and supplier cost structures across Latin America. Experience developing or managing integrated facilities management service models. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, perform cost analyses, and develop business cases. Excellent stakeholder management and customer-focused communication skills. Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese. Spanish proficiency is a plus. How Would You Stand Out? Experience supporting procurement operations across multiple Latin American countries.
