Regional Lead - London

We're hiring for a Regional Lead for London to provide senior operational leadership across our practices in the region. In this role, you'll lead our Practice Managers to deliver outstanding patient care, commercial performance, colleague engagement and regulatory compliance. The position combines operational excellence with strategic influence , ensuring regional priorities are delivered consistently whilst recognising the commercial and competitive landscape within London. Your key responsibilities will include business performance, leadership and people development, commercial and market leadership, regulatory and governance leadership, stakeholder management and driving operational excellence.
