Regional Logistic Coordinator (m/w/d)

Support the Logistics Manager in coordinating end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, transport arrangements, and duties & taxes administration. Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and local legal requirements. Assist in coordinating freight bookings and maintaining effective relationships with logistics service providers to support cost-effective and efficient transportation. Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely issue resolution. Support the monitoring of logistics costs, freight charges, customs duties, taxes, returns, and related expenses, and assist in preparing regular logistics reports and KPI analyses. Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure efficient cross-border logistics operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support the implementation of logistics improvement projects, process optimization initiatives, and regional supply chain activities. Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Perform other logistics and supply chain coordination tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in import/export operations, preferably in an international company. Solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping practices. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
