Oversee all installation operations within an assigned U.S. region Ensure adequate technician coverage and resource allocation Maintain high-quality installations and SLA compliance Drive efficient day-to-day operational execution Supervise and support field technicians and third-party partners Conduct quality audits and ensure performance standards are met Resolve operational issues and escalations Ensure compliance with safety standards and inventory management Monitor field performance and identify areas for improvement Provide regular performance reporting to leadership Play a key role in delivering operational excellence and a strong customer experience Full-time position with regular travel throughout the United States **Full job description can be requested What’s in it for you? Knowledge of antenna assembly, wiring, alignment and activation (desirable). Experience in route management, daily activities and installation fulfillment. Management of mobile tools (CRM, routing apps, GPS). Basic knowledge of inventories and equipment control. Excellent customer service and leadership skills as well as written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the company’s minimum safety standards. Follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Schedule: Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed in addition to regular travel. Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment screen, including an acceptable driving record. Salary Description $50,000 - $70,000 annually based on experience
