Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking to fill the position of Regional Manager to oversee field operations while growing strategic relationships with insurance carriers and clients throughout an assigned region in the United States, overseeing a group of territories. What You'll Do Operations Leadership Lead and develop field operations personnel within your assigned region. Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns and operational escalations. Partner with internal departments to ensure inspections are completed on time and meet client expectations. Recruit and expand subcontractor resources to support territory growth. Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Conduct regular meetings with field leadership to improve service quality. Develop territory business plans and growth strategies. Represent Hancock at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. We're Looking For Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in property claims, or a related industry. 2+ years of leadership or management experience. Strong customer relationship management and business development skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. HAAG Certification (preferred). Rope & Harness Certification (preferred). Experience working with independent contractors and field inspection teams.
