Regional People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) – Eastern Europe

AFRY is looking for an engaged and service-oriented Regional People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to support our employees and managers across the region. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding Prepare and administer employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and benefits Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR colleagues at regional and global levels Maintain employee data and support HR systems and processes Coordinate with local HR vendors, payroll providers, and external stakeholders where applicable Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives Support organizational changes and employee relations matters across the region Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Several years of experience in HR Administration or People Operations Experience supporting multiple countries within an international environment Knowledge of employment legislation within Eastern European countries is an advantage Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different cultures Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience working with HR systems and digital HR processes Fluent English; additional Eastern European language skills are an advantage Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion An exciting role in an international and growing organization Flexible working arrangements and hybrid working opportunities Collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries and cultures Professional development opportunities and continuous learning A supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment The opportunity to make a real impact on HR operations across Eastern Europe At AFRY, we engineer change in everything we do.
