Who We're Looking For:Regional Portfolio Manager to own the success of implementation projects on the Europe region. This role goes far beyond traditional project or portfolio management. You will be responsible for ensuring that every implementation project in your portfolio delivers measurable business value and successfully achieves the objectives that drove the customer's investment in Creatio.As a Regional Portfolio Manager, you will define the strategic direction for implementation programs, oversee the overall health of the regional project portfolio, identify risks before they become issues, and ensure that projects consistently deliver successful business outcomes.You will work closely with customers, partners, Project Managers, Delivery Assurance Leads, Sales, and Customer Success teams while leading a group of Delivery Assurance Leads responsible for day-to-day project governance.Your success will be measured by project success, portfolio health, business value delivered through implementation projects, delivery excellence, and long-term implementation outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Own the overall success of the implementation project portfolio within your region.Develop long-term implementation strategies aligned with customers' business objectives.Ensure implementation projects deliver measurable business value and expected business outcomes.Lead portfolio governance across multiple customer accounts and implementation projects.Provide strategic guidance to customers and partners throughout complex implementation programs.Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.Proactively identify delivery risks across the portfolio and define mitigation strategies.Drive continuous improvements in delivery quality, governance, and implementation methodologies.Mentor and lead Delivery Assurance Leads responsible for operational project oversight.Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure implementation programs achieve sustainable business results.Monitor portfolio health through delivery metrics, implementation progress, project performance, and business outcomes.Promote best practices in project management, delivery governance, and implementation excellence across the region.Required Skills & Competencies:8+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Delivery, Consulting, Portfolio Management, or Project Management.Proven experience managing enterprise implementation portfolios.Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation methodologies and delivery governance.Experience working with executive stakeholders and C-level management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical decision-making.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Strong passion for delivery excellence and successful enterprise implementations.Excellent spoken and written English.What Makes You Successful:You think beyond individual projects and focus on the long-term success of implementation programs.You understand that successful delivery is measured not only by scope, timeline, and budget, but by achieving the business objectives behind the implementation.You naturally build trusted relationships with executives, partners, and delivery teams.You identify strategic delivery risks before they impact implementation success.You enjoy coaching people and building high-performing delivery organizations.You continuously look for ways to improve governance, delivery quality, and implementation excellence.What to expect from us:Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.Flexibility & Well-Being: We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.Recognition & Impact: A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.Benefits & Rewards Package: We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family.
