We have an opening for a Regional Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team in the West region covering vacancies in the states of NM, AZ, CO, UT. We are a very fast paced department continuously managing a high volume of requisition loads with the goal to source and fill all vacancies quickly. About This Position The Regional Recruiter is a remote position. It will support the recruitment and staffing efforts for our West region. This support involves providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the full-cycle recruiting process. You will bring a firm understanding of candidate recruiting methodologies. You have experience in high-volume sourcing and screening of candidates, running sourcing campaigns. Additionally, you are familiar with applicant-tracking systems, preferably iCIMS. You will report to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Hire! We hire a lot and need someone motivated with placing a high-volume of candidates. Train West region new hiring managers twice monthly on TA Recruiting Processes to ensure all field hiring managers are trained and knowledgeable to be compliant in the hiring process. Demonstrate proficiency in all areas of Talent Acquisition to include recruiting lines of business and both Exempt and Non-Exempt employees. You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle and logistics. This includes sourcing, running sourcing campaigns in iCIMS, and posting on internal and external sites. Additionally, it involves screening, interviewing (both phone screening and in-person), facilitating the offer process, and dispositioning candidates. Communicate with District Manager on hiring needs for for new facility openings. You will track and report recruitment metrics to assigned hiring managers. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need The candidate requires at least four (4) years full life-cycle high volume hourly recruitment experience within a corporate environment. Think "outside-the -box" and demonstrate creative sourcing strategies. Advanced sourcing skills to include internet mining, advanced networking skills, negotiations expertise. Experience working with applicant tracking systems iCIMS. Technology skills and PC experience working with Microsoft Office software. Experience working in partnership with hiring managers. Work under deadline pressure. Develop and implement effective and comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned non-exempt and exempt requisitions. A collaborative team player. Comfortable working across department lines with people at all levels in the organization. Flexible and willing to jump in and assist other recruiters as needed. Ability to travel as needed.
