The Regional Sales Director – East is responsible for leading and executing the commercial strategy across the Eastern U.S. territory. This role will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with key healthcare providers and institutions. Key Accountabilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Regional Account Managers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, imaging centers, and oncology and urology practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and forecasting. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency. Represent RLS at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team Core Deliverables: Drive regional revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across the assigned territory. Expand market share through new customer acquisition and retention of key accounts. Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, imaging centers, and hospital systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Medical Affairs to support commercial initiatives. Analyze market trends and performance data to inform decision-making and optimize sales effectiveness. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare, radiopharmaceuticals, or diagnostics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams. Strong understanding of the Eastern U.S. healthcare market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel up to 60%.
