Regional Sales Head

Senior Sales Manager – Asia Pacific

Location: Hong Kong (Remote)

Coverage: Hong Kong & Southeast Asia

We are supporting an international medical aesthetics company in hiring a Senior Sales Manager to develop its Hong Kong and Southeast Asia business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development and sales execution across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage local distributors.
• Build relationships with aesthetic clinics, medical institutions, doctors, KOLs, and regional partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including market development, product introduction, commercial negotiations, and sales tracking.
• Work with headquarters on sales plans, targets, budgets, and business reviews.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, local regulations, and customer needs.
• Develop market-entry and sales strategies based on each country’s market conditions.
• Provide market feedback and business recommendations to support regional expansion.
• Coordinate with marketing and medical teams on product training, clinical education, and market activities.
• Travel frequently across Southeast Asia as required.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills.
• 5–10 years of sales or business development experience in medical aesthetics, aesthetic devices, injectable products, implants, regenerative medicine, or high-end medical devices.
• Familiar with the Southeast Asian medical aesthetics market and distributor ecosystem.
• Proven experience in distributor development and regional market expansion.
• Existing network with aesthetic clinics, doctors, distributors, or medical partners is preferred.
• Experience covering Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and/or the Philippines is preferred.
• Able to work remotely from Hong Kong and travel frequently within the region.
