Job Type : Full Time Location : Boston, Massachusetts Pay : Great Pay + Comprehensive Benefits Job Description Summary: This role is ideal for a scientifically minded sales professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with a passion for supporting the life sciences industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive territory growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships across academic, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong scientific foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a regional sales territory while serving as a trusted advisor to customers. What You’ll Do: Drive territory sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the biochemistry product portfolio. Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical organizations, and industrial customers. Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and technical information. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts. Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Attend scientific conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and marketing initiatives. Experience You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific discipline is required. Experience within the chemical, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. Proven customer-facing experience in scientific sales, business development, technical support, or account management. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel throughout assigned territory. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Requirement: Must be based in New England region preferably in Boston, MA Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
