What You'll Do Assist and support the qualification of Tensar proprietary systems by successfully implementing bid strategies to close business Act as a liaison between Tensar' s engineering department and the client to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Develop and execute a business development plan focused on Government agencies, Geotechnical Engineers and Key National accounts Generate monthly reports to the Area Director to track key projects in each sector and forecast sales for manufacturing Train, educate, and provide technical support to distributors and provide job site assistance as required Travel to regional locations to support licensees and region engineers with promotional activities and technical/operational support. What You'll Need Minimum 2 years work experience in the construction industry Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred with knowledge of construction related products a plus Ability to travel regionally between 25% - 50% of the time Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and a self-starter Exceptional organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills Professional Engineer license considered a plus Your Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience preferred PE (Professional Engineer) License is a plus We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
