Regional Supply Chain Planner

Job Summary Provide master schedules for plant production operations to meet agreed shipping requirements. Work requires basic knowledge of plant capacities, equipment, and processes and understanding of their interaction. Mainly responsible for a small-scale plant or for part of production. Where You'll Make a Difference Ensure global six-sigma raw material availability while supporting a 98% on-time delivery performance to customers. Manage daily raw material demand from manufacturing sites and execute operational purchasing activities. Monitor inbound deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and proactively resolve material shortages. Collaborate with local supply chain planners and site managers to ensure alignment across planning activities. Partner with procurement teams and suppliers to improve delivery reliability and strengthen vendor performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization and reduction of slow-moving and obsolete stock. Act as a key planning contact for Taste raw materials within cross-functional projects and initiatives. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, or operational buying. Strong knowledge of MRP systems, preferably SAP MRP, and end-to-end supply chain processes. Experience working in an international and matrix organization with multiple stakeholders. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
