Regional & Market Collaboration: Provide regional partnership, collaboration, and coaching oversight for patient safety programs, working closely with market-level leadership. Incident Investigation: Investigate or coordinate the investigation of patient safety-related incidents. Data Analytics & Reporting: Review and analyze safety data to identify opportunities for error prevention, develop corrective action plans, and prepare reports for committees and leadership. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain records and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
