As a member of our busy Registration and Enrolment Team, you will provide a high quality and seamless service to students throughout the start of their academic year, developing an expert knowledge and understanding of online registration and enrolment. This is an exciting and varied role, working closely with a variety of teams across the University and within partner institutions. About the Role You will build strong working relationships with teams across the University, working closely with other professional services teams and colleagues at other educational locations throughout the academic year. Within the role you will take the lead on student enquiries, and manage student identification checks, escalating where appropriate and will focus on providing excellent customer service to students and colleagues. You will also provide feedback to the Registration and Enrolment Manager regarding the registration process and associated communications throughout the academic year, to ensure a smooth process for students. In addition, you will also produce enrolment reports and work with appropriate teams to enrol students. Additional Information Salary Grade 5 - Starting from £29,588 rising to £33,002 per annum The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Opportunities for taking annual leave during the months of August, September and October will be limited, and leave at other times will need to be assessed across the team so that service provision is not impacted. All members of the Academic Planning team are expected to support cross-University events such as student recruitment activities, Graduations, Clearing, Registration and similar, as appropriate.
