Location: Remote with travel opportunities to camp locations

Hours: Part-Time/15 Hours Weekly (M-F)

Compensation: College credit for college students; unpaid for recent graduates

MADE Hoops is the premier grassroots basketball events organization in North America. Founded in 2014, our mission has always been Maximizing Athletes' Development and Exposure (MADE). We host 100+ boys and girls basketball events annually, including competitive camps for all ages, middle school and high school tournaments, and the top independent high school circuit in the country. We're proud to have countless McDonald's All-Americans, NCAA athletes, and NBA stars among our alumni. In addition to hosting events, MADE Hoops has a robust commercial division supported by merchandise, brand partnerships, housing, scouting, content and digital marketing business lines.

Program Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused Registration Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless check-in, registration, and customer experience for our program directors, coaches, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Data Entry

• Process Registrations: Input, update, and verify accurate player/coach information in our registration database.
  
  

System Support

• Troubleshoot basic registration errors
  
  

Customer & Guest Relations

• Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and live inquiries regarding registration steps, fees, and requirements.
• On-Site Check-In [If applicable]: Welcome guests at the Team Registration desk in event, manage check-in lines, and provide event or facility directions.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer requests with empathy and escalate complex registration issues to senior staff when necessary.
  
  

Requirements: College student or recent graduate with passion for sports, excellent communication skills, self-motivated grinder with second-to-none work ethic.
