Our client in the financial space is seeking a Regulatory Mailings Consultant to provide subject matter expertise and operational support for semi-annual and annual regulatory reporting and mailings. This role will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage regulatory mailing processes, and ensure accurate delivery of shareholder and financial reporting materials to print vendors within a highly regulated environment.
This role is fully remote, 40 hours a week for 6 months to cover a leave.
Regulatory Mailings Consultant Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory mailings, including semi-annual and annual reports
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on regulatory reporting and shareholder communications
- Coordinate with approximately 50 stakeholders across multiple business units, systems, and vendors to gather and consolidate required materials
- Manage the transfer of reporting data and documentation between internal teams and external print vendors
- Ensure regulatory requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met throughout the mailing process
- Lead cross-functional communication and project coordination for key reporting milestones, including October-November and February cycles
- Review, document, and improve existing procedures and workflows
- Provide coverage and support for leave-related staffing gaps as needed
- Assist with process optimization
Regulatory Mailings Consultant Requirements:
- Expert in regulatory reporting, shareholder reporting, financial publishing, or related financial services functions
- Strong understanding of regulatory communications within a highly regulated environment
- Background in securities, asset management, wealth management, or similar financial services organizations
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional projects
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Experience working with print vendors and regulatory mailing processes preferred
