We are searching for a reporting specialist (m, f, d) as Regulatory Transaction Reporting Officer Bank Efficient and consistent processing of regulatory reports for banking transactions as well as market and trading positions / Ensuring accurate and timely transaction reporting in compliance with regulatory standards such as FinfraG, EMIR, or MiFIR through automated data validation / Monitoring compliance with the regulatory framework as the first line of defense (1st LoD) / Managing the daily reconciliation between Trading, IT, and Compliance / Responsible for further developing reporting processes in response to regulatory changes, such as MiFID II/MiFIR and CFTC transaction reporting, Large Trader Reporting (LTR), Large Open Position Reporting (LOPR), as well as reporting all data for transparent securities trading in accordance with FinfraG Art. 39 / Conducting ongoing error tracking, including troubleshooting / Working closely with Trading, IT, and Compliance, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders worldwide / Tracking regulatory changes affecting regulatory reporting and implementing the updates in the systems in collaboration with IT, including testing / Ad hoc projects. Bachelor oder Master / Erfahrung mit dem regulatorischen Transaktions-Reporting oder einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit / Kenntnis der Transaktionsregulierung / Berufserfahrung in Tradingnähe und Wertschriften-Kenntnisse / Analytische Persönlichkeit mit lösungsorientierter, präziser und strukturierter Denkweise / Ausgeprägter Teamspirit mit der Fähigkeit, unter Druck fokussiert zu arbeiten, Probleme abzuwägen und Prioritäten zu setzen / Selbständige Arbeitsweise / Flair für professionelle, gewandte Kommunikation und Offenheit für Innovation / IT-Affinität, Kenntnisse von Software in Tradingnähe / Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse / Deutsch- und Englisch.
