Position Details

Role Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

Location: Office based in Darwin, Northern Territory

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm hybrid working WFH

About The Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

• Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plans
• Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomes
• Deliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomes
• Monitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

The requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Registered Nurse
• OR Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology
• Registration with the relevant Professional Body; AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW
• Full Australian work rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
