Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ludhiana, with some flexibility for work from home. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, from initial inquiry through visa application and coaching enrollment, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, explaining service offerings, coordinating with advisors and trainers, scheduling consultations and classes, and tracking application and coaching progress. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate records, follow up with leads, address client concerns, and support clients in preparing documentation and meeting timelines. The role also involves collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to improve processes, support outreach initiatives, and contribute to service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong client relationship management skills, including interpersonal communication, active listening, and empathy in working with diverse clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in counseling or advisory work, with the ability to explain immigration and study visa processes clearly and guide clients through decision-making.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple client cases, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages and interest in education or training services is beneficial.
• Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including use of CRM or spreadsheet tools, email, and online communication platforms.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, education counseling, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a client-centric mindset, ethical approach to advising, and willingness to learn immigration regulations and institutional requirements.
