Asprofin is a Dominica-chartered offshore bank that's served international clients since 2013 private banking, wealth management, and tailored financing, with a team that treats client trust and discretion as the whole point.
We're hiring a Relationship Manager to own those client relationships. It's fully remote, and it's a real ownership seat: you're the person your clients call. You'll learn what they're trying to do, steer them to the right banking and wealth solutions, and bring in our specialists to build and manage their portfolios. Day to day, that's running financial needs assessments, putting together proposals that actually fit, tracking how portfolios are performing, and keeping clients current on what's moving in the market. When there's a way to do more for the people you look after, you'll spot it. And you'll keep records tight, stay ahead of compliance, and work shoulder to shoulder with our risk and operations teams because in this business, getting the details right is the job.
What we're looking for:
- Relationship management experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with a real grip on investment products, portfolio construction, and risk.
- The ability to read financial data and market trends and turn them into something a client actually understands.
- Clear writing and speaking proposals, reports, and plain-English explanations that build trust.
- Comfort working remotely, and fluency with digital banking platforms, CRM, and the usual tools.
- The organization to juggle several client relationships without letting any of them slip.
- A serious commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance non-negotiable in a cross-border financial world.
- A bachelor's in finance, business, or economics; CFA, CFP, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Experience with offshore or cross-border clients is a strong advantage.
