Role Description

The Relocation Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Madrid, with the possibility to work from home part of the week. In this position, the consultant coordinates and manages relocation services for individuals and families, including housing search, neighborhood orientation, and settling-in support. The role involves advising clients on local real estate options, liaising with landlords and property agencies, and ensuring that contracts and documentation are clear and compliant. The consultant maintains regular communication with clients and partner organizations, provides updates on progress, and responds to questions with accurate, timely information. Daily tasks include organizing property visits, handling customer service inquiries, tracking case status, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high-quality relocation experience

Qualifications

• Strong property consulting and real estate skills to guide clients in housing search, lease negotiation, and local market understanding
• Consulting experience, with the ability to assess client needs, propose solutions, and manage relocation cases from start to finish
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent customer service capabilities to support individuals and families with empathy, patience, and responsiveness
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple relocation projects simultaneously and meet deadline
• Previous experience in relocation, mobility, real estate, or a related field is highly beneficia
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems to document cases and share updates with clients and colleagues
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, tourism, real estate, or a related discipline
