Your responsibilities ✔️ Develop and execute the Nordic remarketing strategy for trailers and trucks from our lease and rental fleet ✔️ Lead, coach, and develop a team of five remarketing professionals across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway ✔️ Build and expand strong dealer, customer, and export networks to maximize sales opportunities ✔️ Analyze market trends and performance data to drive commercial decisions, profitability, and asset turnover ✔️ Work closely with Lease & Rental, Sales, Operations, and Workshop teams to ensure an efficient and seamless remarketing process What you bring ✔️ Significant experience within remarketing, sales, commercial vehicle trading, or related industries, including leadership responsibility ✔️ Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle market, preferably trailers, trucks, or other heavy equipment ✔️ Experience managing regional or multi-country teams and building strong customer and dealer relationships ✔️ A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability ✔️ Excellent communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language ✔️ Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach ✔️ Good sense of humor – we work hard, but we also like to have fun along the way Why TIP?
