Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: P & L and Balance Sheet transactional detail entry and management for multiple entities Reconciliation of all accounts Maintaining financial records Special Project Management All adjusting and transaction entries Month-End Close outs Job Overview & Requirements: Accounting Assistant Work Hours: Full Time (M-F) Training for Position: Informal and Formal Strong and demonstratable experience with Excel, Word, Quickbooks and Administrative Skills Clear speaking and writing English Skills Must have Microsoft office on your computer Must have reliable internet connection Ready to Join Our Team?
