Responsibilities: Conducting daily warm sales outreach utilizing our extensive membership database Assessing the financial requirements of our members and effectively communicating the significance and advantages of supplemental benefits products Delivering exceptional customer service Ensuring ongoing communication with members during the application process by providing updates, addressing concerns or inquiries, and offering necessary support Offering assistance post-policy implementation, which includes policy reviews, beneficiary modifications, and claims support Complying with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines
