We're looking for bilingual (English & Spanish) professionals who are passionate about helping others and want to build a long-term remote career. No previous experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls from potential clients seeking legal assistance.
• Making outbound follow-up calls to individuals who previously requested information.
• Gathering accurate information about the client and the accident.
• Following our qualification process to determine whether a case meets our criteria.
• Building trust with clients through empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication.
• Accurately documenting all information in our CRM.
• Transferring qualified clients to one of our partner law firms.
• Maintaining confidentiality and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

During your paid training, you'll learn our intake process, qualification guidelines, and the systems you'll use every day. You'll be fully prepared before taking live calls.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Earnings: USD $6.00 to $10.00 per hour (base pay + uncapped commissions)

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• English proficiency of C1 level.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• 24/7 operation with schedules assigned based on business needs
