🪨Black Rock Trial Lawyers, PLLC, a Florida-based U.S. law firm, is hiring an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to work remotely from Bogotá, Colombia

.

What You’ll D

o

* Support U.S. attorneys on active Florida PI litigation case

s* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondenc

e* Manage litigation deadlines and case assignment

s* Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, IMEs/CMEs, and expert

s* Assist with Florida State and Federal Court filing

s* Review medical records, bills, discovery, and evidenc

e* Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparatio

n

Requirement

s

* 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experienc

e* Experience handling cases after a lawsuit has been file

d* Professional fluency in English and Spanish; C1 English preferre

d* Strong English legal writing and organizational skill

s* Ability to manage assignments and deadlines independentl

y* Based in Bogotá, Colombi

a* Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hour

* Colombian law degre

e* U.S. personal injury law firm experienc

e* Familiarity with Florida litigatio

n* Experience with Clio, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and e-filin
