Research and coordinate accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services. Prepare customized itineraries and reservation confirmations. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm reservations and resolve questions. Stay informed about supplier offerings, promotions, and industry updates. Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each client's experience. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Comfortable using email, online scheduling platforms, and computer applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
