Summary

We're looking for a Remote Call Campaign Specialist to execute outbound calling campaigns and help generate qualified appointments. You'll contact prospective customers, follow structured outreach campaigns, record customer responses, and contribute to the success of ongoing marketing and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with call campaigns, meeting performance goals, and communicating with people in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound call campaigns using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Contact prospective customers according to campaign objectives.
• Introduce available services and engage customers professionally.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments through internal systems.
• Accurately update customer responses and campaign results in the CRM.
• Follow campaign scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Support additional outreach campaigns and operational initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong phone communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing campaign objectives.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, campaign management, telemarketing, call center operations, lead generation, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to achieving performance goals.
