Summary:

As a Remote Call Screening Representative, you will support the recruitment process by contacting potential candidates, conducting initial phone conversations, and identifying applicants who meet established position requirements. This is a remote opportunity for a strong communicator who is comfortable handling a high volume of calls and candidate interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Contact 150-250 potential candidates daily using provided candidate information and CRM tools.
• Conduct professional initial screening calls with prospective applicants.
• Explain available positions, expectations, and next steps clearly.
• Evaluate candidates against established screening criteria.
• Identify qualified candidates and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Document candidate conversations, outcomes, and follow-up activity accurately in the CRM.
• Follow established call scripts and recruitment workflows.
• Complete other assigned recruitment support tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident and professional telephone communication style.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume candidate calls consistently.
• Reliable primary and secondary internet connection and electricity.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous call center, recruiting, customer service, or phone screening experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience following an English-language script is a plus.
